1. To be eligible for an entry, a person must give a referral, or transact a purchase or sale, which closes no later than March 1, 2012.

2. Referrals must be submitted via email to ken@kenpeterkin.com

3. A referral is a legitimate contact with a person who is buying or selling a property.

4. Ken reserves the right to refuse a referral and in such case no entry will be recorded.

5. Each referral entitles one entry. Each sale or purchase transaction also entitles one entry.

6. Eligible referrals are referrals given to Ken between October 1^st, 2011 and February 1^st, 2012.

7. The prize is a mini getaway at a Luxury Spa in the Southern Ontario area.  The package includes one night’s accommodation, one diner and one breakfast for two. Each person will receive a $ 100.00 spa credit to be used for a treatment of their choice.

8. Ken will be choosing the Luxury Spa Resort. No cash substitutions. Prize or entries cannot be transferred. Winners are responsible for any ground transportation, travel insurance, gratuities or any other expenses incurred that are not included in the prize package for two. Ken does not assume responsibility for cancellations or rescheduling after ticketing of prize. The getaway must be taken in 2012 subject to availability which is at the discretion of the Spa Resort.

9. Participants names and the number of their entries in the draw will be posted on Ken’s website at www.kenpeterkin.com, click on the Spa Referral Draw Tab.

10. No realtors will be eligible for the draw.

11. No member, spouse, sibling, parent or child of any member of the  Your Choice Realty Corp. High Park Branch Office or employees of Your Choice Realty will be eligible for the draw.

12. Participants must be minimum of 19 years of age.

13. The prize draw will be held in April 1, 2012 at a yet undetermined location.

14. The draw will be recorded and a copy of the taping will be emailed to each participant.
